Critical-care staff nurse role in a tertiary ICU. Manage ventilated and post-operative patients, titrate vasoactive drips, and lead bedside emergencies under intensivist supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and manage critically ill patients
Operate ventilators, infusion pumps, and monitors
Administer medications and document accurately
Respond to code-blue and rapid-response events
Requirements & Clinical Skills
B.Sc Nursing (4 years)
Valid RN/RM registration
BLS/ACLS certification preferred
2+ years ICU/critical-care experience
