1. Who we are
HealthOpenings is operated by Hormones River Media ("we", "us"). These terms apply when you use healthopenings.in and our related tools. Questions: support@healthopenings.in.
2. Your account
You must be 18 or older and give accurate details. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account. Employers must be authorised to act for the organisation they list.
3. Jobs and applications
We list vacancies but are not the employer and do not guarantee any interview, offer or hiring outcome. Job seekers never pay us a recruiter or placement fee. Employers must post only genuine vacancies with accurate details; we review listings and may refuse or remove any listing. Never pay money to anyone to get a job; tell us if an employer asks.
4. Plans and the free period
Viewing, searching and applying to jobs is always free for job seekers, and the Free and Starter plans never expire. Every paid plan is free for 12 months from the day you activate it. We do not ask for a card, so nothing is charged and nothing renews automatically. We will email you 60 days and 30 days before your free period ends. If you do nothing, you move to the free base plan and keep your data. The prices shown crossed out are the intended prices after the free period; we may change them, and a new price applies to you only if you choose to buy.
5. AI tools and credits
Plans with AI include a monthly allowance of AI credits that resets each month and does not roll over. AI output can be wrong or incomplete: check it before you use it, especially in a resume, cover letter or job post. It is not professional, legal or medical advice. Never enter patient names, records or any identifiable patient information into an AI tool. We may limit or pause AI features to keep the service safe and sustainable.
6. Add-ons, payment and refunds
Add-ons (extra AI credits, featured job boosts, expert resume reviews) are paid, one-off purchases made at the price shown at checkout. Digital items such as credits are not refundable once used. Unused credits, or a service we did not deliver, are refundable within 7 days of purchase on request to support@healthopenings.in. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not store your card details.
7. Acceptable use
Do not scrape the site, upload malicious files, impersonate others, post discriminatory or misleading listings, or try to get around plan limits. We may suspend accounts that do.
8. Your content
You keep ownership of your resume and listings. You give us permission to store, display and process them to run the service, and to share an application with the employer you applied to. See our privacy policy and DPDP notice for how personal data is handled and your rights.
9. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for decisions made by employers or candidates. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Changes and law
We may update these terms; for material changes we will tell signed-in users by email. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes go to the courts at [city to be confirmed by counsel].
